Ulasan 2 - Symmetric Key and Public Key Encryption

Pada ulasan ini saya akan mengulas video yang membahas tentang encryption. Video ini telah dilihat sebanyak 254.379 kali. Berikut adalah keterangan tentang video yang saya ulas.

Video ini menjelaskan tentang encryption. Encryption adalah proses yang digunakan untuk membuat data kita aman. Proses yang terjadi pada saat encryption adalah data di-packing dan di-encode sehingga tidak dapat dibaca oleh orang yang tidak ter-authorisasi.
Encryption memiliki 2 tipe yaitu Symmetric Key and Public Key encryption. Kedua tipe ini memilki kelebihan dan kekuarangan.
1. Symmetric key yaitu menggunakan key yang sama untuk encrypt dan decrypt pesan.
Kelebihan : Proses nya lebih cepat dibanding public key encryption
Kekurangan : Key perlu disimpan secara aman, diperlukan channel yang aman ketika mengirimkan key.
2. Public key encryption yaitu menggunakan public key dan private key
Kelebihan : Private key hanya diketahui oleh individual user untuk decrypt data
Kekurangan : Proses nya lebih lambat dibanding symmetric key
Di video ini juga dijelaskan bahwa kita bisa mengkombinasikan antara symmetric key dan public key.

Menurut saya video ini bagus untuk seseorang yang ingin mempelajari dasar tentang enkripsi karena penjelasannya disajikan juga secara visual melalui animasi yang memudahkan penonton lebih dapat memahaminya.
